Can I provide questions that I want the AI to ask?
Yes! On each mystery shop you can add lead comments which the AI will consume with each response.
Can I shop my competitor?
Absolutely! We allow you to and create specific tracking for it. We even provide a way for you to compare your pricing to your competitors.
How many mystery shops do you receive each month?
5 shops on your store or a competitors. With each shop you can use the customers info to shop all of your competitors. So with 5 shops our average store sends out 30 shops to different stores. However if you need more we have additional subscriptions to accommodate.
How many users can I have?
We do not have a limit for the number of users for your store.
What if I have multiply stores?
We designed our system with this in mind. Each user can have access to multiple stores. Each stores just requires its own subscription.
